In the penultimate learning experience for 2018, Heavy Chef is proud to host a true ‘master of scale’, San Francisco-native, Gabriel Luna-Ostaseski, who will be spending a week in Cape Town over December to visit the ecosystem and engage with startups and corporates. 4th Dec: Sa’s Top 5 Most Exciting Startups

At 6pm, on Tuesday 4th December 2018, we featured the top 5 most exciting startups in South Africa, at an exclusive Heavy Chef event at Workshop17, as nominated by the South African tech community members. The five winners (Aerobotics, DataProphet, LifeCheq, LifeQ and Thursdays) stood on stage and explained how they are changing the world, one entrepreneurial venture at a time.
